Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement for men, take 2 capsules daily preferably before exercise. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning. Also, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program. The maximum recommended dosage of ephedrine for a healthy adult human is no more than 100 mg in a 24-hour period for not more than 12 weeks. Please note: Guarana extract contains caffeine and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet.

Do not take this product if you have a medical condition including, but not limited to, diabetes, heart disease, psychological disorders, prostate hypertrophy or hormonal abnormalities. Consult with your health care professional if you are taking anti-depressants, MAO inhibitors, or other prescription drugs. This product should not be used by women. Do not use for extended time periods. Cycling androstenedione supplementation by using for 3-4 weeks followed by 1-3 weeks off is recommended. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache, heart palpitations or tingling sensations occur. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
